Paul is focused on helping athletes perform when it matters most, not just when conditions are ideal.


With over three decades of experience, including a long military career in high-pressure environments, as well as his work as a coach, mentor, and NLP practitioner, Paul understands how people think, react, and perform under stress, fatigue, and uncertainty.


As an active participant in endurance events and obstacle course racing, he brings real-world experience of what it feels like when the body is pushed and the mind is tested. He knows that performance is often decided not by physical ability, but by how well an athlete can manage their thoughts, emotions, and decisions in the moment.


Paul specialises in the mental side of performance. If you’ve trained hard but find yourself held back by doubt, inconsistency, or how you respond when things get tough, he helps you understand what’s happening and gives you practical tools to stay in control.


He has a strong focus on building resilience, confidence, and consistency, helping athletes move beyond motivation and develop a mindset that supports long-term performance.
