  • Basic - Personalised 4-week online programme *only* via software. Initial consultation and check-in after 4 weeks to inform the next 4-week period. 3 amends as required

  • Standard - Personalised 4-week programme with ongoing support. Includes initial consultation, check-in every 2 weeks, and programme adjustments based on your training, feedback, and progress. Up to 3 amendments as required.
  • Premium - Fully personalised coaching with structured support and progression. Includes personalised 4-week programme, weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and guidance on training structure, recovery, and fuelling to ensure everything works together. Unlimited amendments as required.
