The outdoor fitness sessions are family friendly, and suitable for all age groups and abilities. Fitness is for everyone, weather you have been doing it for awhile or new to it, come excise out doors and have a laugh doing it. Our fitness sessions are open to everyone, you do as much as you can, classes are Tuesday and Thursday 18:30 start and Sundays 09:30 and last for an hour including your warm up and cool down.
We are open all year round for fitness, weather you’re a fair weather person and want to pay as you go or be committed to the craziness save with our monthly membership the choice is your, all bookable dates are on the caldner, you can book up to 12 hours before your session. Our customers have the option to join our fitness message group for extra support and to keep up to date with whats going on.
