Our 1500m course will be open on 21st September 2024 for 4-hour sessions - 9 am-1 pm, 11 am - 3 pm, and 1 pm-5 pm
and for 2-hour sessions - 9 am-11 am, 11 am-1 pm, 1 pm-3 pm, and 3 pm-5 pm
The course is mainly a technical woodland trail with 30 obstacles.
You can choose to run the course as a trail run, bypassing all obstacles, include all obstacles in each lap, our recommended obstacle skip and run option, or any combination that suits your own training program. Whichever option this will test you to the max.
